Directions to Hampshire Yoga

Hampshire Yoga is located in the building that was originally the West Springfield Schoolhouse. Our studio is located on the top floor, in one of the original classrooms.

We are located at 1702 Riverdale Street. Ample parking is available in the front and back of the building.

From Springfield Area

Take 91 North to Exit #14 (Massachusett's Turnpike/Route 5). Stay in left lane, and take Route 5 South. Hampshire Yoga is on the right about 1/2 mile from the ramp in School House Industries building beside West Springfield BMW.

From Northampton Area

Take 91 South to Exit #14 (Massachusett's Turnpike/Route 5). Stay in left lane, and take Route 5 South. Hampshire Yoga is on the right about 1/2 mile from the ramp in School House Industries building beside West Springfield BMW.
